The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and France today signed a framework agreement that will strengthen and deepen cooperation between the two countries' space agencies and their space sector.
This Strategic Partnership will support the development of key European In-Situ Resources Utilisation technologies, accelerating the development of the Moon Economy around Space Resources.
Marc Serres, CEO of the Luxembourg Space Agency, and Giorgio Saccoccia, President of the Italian Space Agency, signed today a Memorandum of understanding (MoU) that will serve to catalyze and significantly deepen cooperation between the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and Italy in the field of space.
The ESRIC Start up Support Programme (SSP) has been presented today by Mathias Link, ESRIC director, in presence of the Luxembourg's Minister of the Economy, Franz Fayot and of representatives of the ESA, LSA and LIST. Located in Luxembourg, it is the first programme worldwide dedicated to commercial initiatives in the field of space resources utilization.
