Martine Hansen on a working visit to Amazon

The Minister for Consumer Protection visited Amazon's headquarters in Luxembourg to discuss consumer protection.

Martine Hansen, Minister for Consumer Protection, visited Amazon's headquarters in Luxembourg. She had a productive exchange with a delegation from Amazon, including Mr. Jorrit Van der Meulen, Vice President European Retail at Amazon. The discussions, held in a serious but friendly atmosphere, covered a number of key topics, including Amazon's consumer protection measures, returns policy and price display.

Both parties agreed to maintain an open and constructive dialogue on consumer protection issues. 

Following the working meeting, the minister had the opportunity to engage with a small group of Amazon employees on topics such as inclusion and gender equality.
