The Law of 23 August 2023 on intercultural living together established a Conseil supérieur du vivre-ensemble interculturel under the authority of the Minister for Family Affairs, Solidarity, Living Together and Reception of Refugees, which is made up of thirty full members and thirty substitute members,
- including 14 full members and substitute members appointed by the Minister;
- and 16 full members and substitute members representing the municipalities, who are elected by the members of the municipal commissions for intercultural living together.
The elections for the 16 members of the Conseil supérieur du vivre-ensemble interculturel took place on Wednesday 10 July 2024 electronically via a secure 24-hour online voting platform.
Following the meeting of the electoral bureau and in accordance with Article 4(5) of the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 28 February 2024 on the election procedures, organisation, operation and compensation of the Conseil supérieur du vivre-ensemble interculturel, the Ministry is pleased to announce the results of the elections below:

The Conseil supérieur du vivre-ensemble interculturel meets in plenary session at least four times a year and has the following missions:
- to advise and assist the Minister in the field of intercultural living together;
- to identify priorities in the field of intercultural living together, while taking account of specific local and regional characteristics;
- to give its opinion on the national action plan;
- to give its opinion on the content of the programme;
- to contribute to promoting intercultural living together, including the fight against racism and all forms of discrimination.
