Dear Mr. President,
On behalf of the Government of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg and in my very personal name, I am relieved to hear that the deposed Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein has been captured and will finally be held accountable for the suffering and pain he brought upon the people of Iraq. Furthermore, I believe that his capture will be an important step on the road to a peaceful and democratic Iraq.
