POTENTIAL Consortium for a European digital wallet
As part of the DIGITAL Europe Programme, the European Commission has selected the POTENTIAL Consortium's proposal for the development of a European Digital Identity Wallet (EUDIW). This will allow multiple official documents to be stored and exchanged. Luxembourg is represented in the consortium by the Ministry for Digitalisation and the Government IT Centre (CTIE).

Electronic invoicing in Luxembourg
On 14 December 2021, the Law of 13 December 2021 amending the Law of 16 May 2019 on electronic invoicing in public procurement and concession contracts was published in the Official Journal. It makes it mandatory for economic operators to send their invoices electronically to the State in the context of public procurement and concession contracts.
