From Easter onwards, COVID-19 data will no longer be published on Sundays
Starting this Easter weekend and until further notice, the Ministry of Health will no longer release COVID-19 data on Sundays. This decision was taken in order to allow the hospital and monitoring teams a rest period.

New COVID-19 cases - Weekly review: 22 - 28 March
During the week from 22 to 28 March, the number of people testing positive for COVID-19 increased from 1,564 to 1,684 (+7.7%), while the number of their identified close contacts also increased from 3,846 cases the previous week to 4,129 (+7.3%).
