Since 2022, it has become easier and faster to file a tax return with the new MyGuichet.lu assistant. 70% of the 300,000 natural person taxpayers could already potentially take advantage of this new tool for their tax return in 2021.

The Digital Services Act: Entry into force of the obligation for certain online platforms and search engines to publish their average monthly active users
As of 17 February 2024, since the Digital Services Act (DSA) entered into force last November, providers of online platforms and providers of online search engines will be required to publish the average monthly active recipients of the service in the European Union.

Level of the minimum social wage from 1 February 2023
