In accordance with Article L. 223-1 of the Labour Code, the monthly minimum social wage will be adjusted to the 898,93 weighted cost of living index from 1 February 2023.

The level of the minimum social wage for qualified worke within the meaning of Article L. 222-4 of the Labour Code is set at €2,864.88 per month as from 1 January 2023.
