The Directorate of Civil Aviation (DAC) informs all stakeholders of the creation of a new email address exclusively intended for inquiries related to training organizations. This measure is part of an ongoing effort to optimize communication management and ensure efficient handling of requests.

Until now, questions concerning licenses have been processed via lic@av.etat.lu. In order to clearly distinguish these requests from communications related to the oversight of training organizations, the DAC is introducing a dedicated channel, enabling more targeted and appropriate follow-up.

Mandatory use of the new address
All inquiries regarding training organizations – including ATOs, DTOs, and FSTDOs – must now be sent to the new email address FCLtraining@av.etat.lu. This arrangement aims to ensure better organization and timely responses to each request.

The DAC thanks all concerned parties in advance for their cooperation and commitment to using this new communication channel.
