On 16 June, Prime Minister Luc Frieden visited London as part of the celebrations marking Luxembourg’s National Holiday.

The Prime Minister attended the official reception organised by the Embassy of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in honour of the occasion.

Ahead of the reception, Mr Frieden held discussions with several think tanks focusing on security issues in Europe.

Through his visit to London, the Prime Minister wished to reaffirm his strong commitment to the excellent diplomatic, economic, and cultural relations between Luxembourg and the United Kingdom.
