Jobday: The Institut Viti-Vinicole and ADEM relaunch seasonal recruitment for the 2024 grape harvest

The National Employment Agency (ADEM) and the Wine Institute (Institut viti-vinicole - IVV) have announced the renewal of their collaboration in the recruitment of seasonal workers for work in the vineyards and for the 2024 harvest along the Luxembourg wine route.

As in previous years, the ADEM and the IVV are organising a Jobday to recruit seasonal grape-pickers for wine companies looking for candidates. The jobday, which will be held on 18 July 2024 at the Wine Institute, will give winegrowers the opportunity to meet candidates shortlisted by the ADEM, as well as anyone else interested in a seasonal job with a winegrowing company, even if they are not registered with the ADEM. This recruitment day will provide winegrowers with an opportunity to exchange ideas during speed dating sessions and to recruit a pool of grape-pickers. Grapes for the production of crémant luxembourgeois and top-of-the-range wines are harvested by hand in order to guarantee the quality of the products.
