Meeting between Paulette Lenert and the representatives of the Chamber of Skilled Trades and Crafts
In the context of a regular exchange between the Ministry of Consumer Protection and the Chamber of Skilled Trades and Crafts on the various aspects of consumer protection, a first visit took place on Thursday 21 November. In order to illustrate the good practices in the area of food security in the Luxembourg craft sector to Paulette Lenert, the Chamber of Skilled Trades and Crafts had invited to the new premises of the Kirsch butchery shop.

A tour de table allowed to discuss topical issues in the field, such as the establishment of the hygiene barometer system, or the specific needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, in this case a food security aid scheme.
