Dear colleague,
I was deeply saddened to learn of the terrible attack on London which has cost the life of innocent people and I still cannot quite believe this most tragic news. I condemn in the strongest possible manner this cowardly and barbaric act.
At this moment where my thoughts are with the families of the victims, I would like to express my sincere condolences to you and to the people of the United Kingdom.
