Dear Prime Minister,
I am in great distress over the deliberate explosions that occurred today on the public transport network in London and I condemn these terrorist acts in the strongest possible terms.
On behalf of the Government of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg and in my very personal name, I would like to convey to you my sincerest condolences and express my deepest sympathy to the families of the victims. To those who have been injured, I am sending my good wishes for a prompt recovery.
