Une délégation de Mittal Steel a été reçue mercredi 15 mars 2006 à Luxembourg afin de présenter le plan industriel concernant l’éventuelle fusion avec Arcelor.
La délégation a rencontré une "taskforce" constituée de hauts fonctionnaires du ministère de l’Économie et du Commerce extérieur et du ministère des Finances ainsi que des conseillers financiers et juridiques du gouvernement.
Les experts de la "taskforce" étudieront, analyseront et évalueront ce plan industriel d’un point de vue technique, prenant en compte ses aspects économiques, financiers et sociaux.
Luxembourg Government representatives meet Mittal Steel for a presentation of the industrial plan
A delegation from Mittal Steel today (15th March 2006) visited Luxembourg to present an industrial plan for the proposed merger with Arcelor.
The delegation met with a taskforce of senior representatives from the Ministry of the Economy and Foreign trade and from the Ministry of Finance together with financial and legal advisers.
The taskforce will study and evaluate the plan on a technical level, taking into account economical, financial and social aspects.
